    • Jatra Travels Tip: After checking in, come visit our office at Nursing Chowk, Thamel! We will give you a free city map and introduce you to the best "Newari Khaja Set" restaurant nearby for your first authentic meal.

  2. Day 2 Kathmandu Heritage Tour (The City of Temples)

    • The Plan: A full day of sightseeing with our government-licensed guide.

      1. Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): Watch the sunrise over the valley.

      2. Boudhanath Stupa: The largest spherical stupa in Nepal.

      3. Pashupatinath: Witness the spiritual open-air cremation rituals.

    • Jatra Secret: Most tourists visit Boudhanath in the afternoon. We take you in the evening (around 5:00 PM) when the locals light thousands of butter lamps. It is magical and quiet.

    • Overnight: Kathmandu.

  3. Day 3 Fly to Pokhara (The City of Lakes)

    • The Plan: A short 25-minute scenic flight to Pokhara.

    • Jatra Travels Tip: We always try to book the Right-Side Seat for our guests. Why? Because that is where you get the best view of the Langtang and Ganesh Himal ranges during the flight!

    • Activity: Check into your lakeside resort. Evening boat ride on Phewa Lake to visit the Tal Barahi temple.

    • Overnight: Hotel

  4. Day 4 Sunrise at Sarangkot & Mountain Museum

    • Morning: Early drive to Sarangkot to see the sun hit Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Annapurna.

    • Optional VIP Add-on: Want to get closer? We can organize a 15-minute Helicopter Shuttle from Pokhara airport to Annapurna Base Camp and back for breakfast. (Ask us for the price!).

  5. Day 5 Drive to Chitwan National Park (Into the Wild)

    • Jatra Travels Tip: We don't use the crowded hotels in the city center. We book you in a jungle lodge near the river so you can hear the sounds of nature at night.

  6. Day 6 Jungle Safari Activities

    • The Plan: Today we look for the One-Horned Rhino and (if lucky) the Royal Bengal Tiger.

    • Activities:

    • Overnight: Chitwan.

  7. Day 7 Fly Back to Kathmandu & Departure
